Working with Julian has been a profoundly transformative experience. When I first started therapy, I was in a spiral and did not know what to do or how to get out of the very dark place I was in. The despair, shame, and sadness related to my addiction was overpowering. Julian provided a safe and compassionate space to start my journey of discovery and self-awareness. With his ongoing help and direction, doors began to open, light bulbs began to go on, and healing began to occur. With Julian’s guidance, I learned to not only accept myself, but to embrace the authentic version of me. Today, I have learned to rest in all of my emotions, eliminate my isolation and be vulnerable with those that mean the most to me in my life. I am enjoying life in a whole new way with a level of presence I’ve never experienced before. I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support, insight, and tools Julian provided to help me to reclaim my life and become the person I was always supposed to be.
